As outlined in greater detail below, ZUH warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase, provided the products are used in accordance with ZUH’s published guidelines. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.
“Original retail purchase” refers to the first-time purchase of a new product from an authorized ZUH retailer or directly from ZUH.
Warranty Notice
Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to the motor, controller, battery, wiring, firmware, or other electrical components, will void the product warranty.
To ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of your bike, we recommend using the factory settings.
