As outlined in greater detail below, ZUH warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase, provided the products are used in accordance with ZUH’s published guidelines. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

“Original retail purchase” refers to the first-time purchase of a new product from an authorized ZUH retailer or directly from ZUH.

Warranty Notice

Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to the motor, controller, battery, wiring, firmware, or other electrical components, will void the product warranty.

To ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of your bike, we recommend using the factory settings.

Limited Warranty

The ZUH CC100X includes a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase for qualifying manufacturing defects.

Normal wear parts are not covered. Damage caused by abuse, improper use, unauthorized modifications, improper repairs, or racing is excluded.

Emission-Related Components Warranty

For eligible 2026 and later models, emission-related components are covered for 5,000 km or 30 months, whichever comes first, starting from the date of delivery to the first retail purchaser.

For valid defects in materials or workmanship, diagnosis, replacement parts, and labor are provided at no charge.

Consumable parts, including spark plugs and air filters, are covered only up to their required replacement interval. Normal wear is not covered.

The emission warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper repairs, unauthorized modifications, or racing.

• ZUH only provides replacement spare parts as a warranty.ZUH cannot bear the customer's additional losses, such as repair costs,transportation etc.
