ZUH currently ships only within the United States.
We do not provide international shipping at this time. Please make sure your shipping address is located within the United States before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
In-stock orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days and handed over to the carrier.
The shipping time listed below is calculated from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
ZUH uses different shipping methods depending on the product model and size.
Large Models – LTL Freight Shipping
Large models are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight service.
Applicable models:
- Z01 PRO
Shipping details:
- Processing time: 0–1 business days
- Transit time: 7–15 business days
- Shipping cost: Free shipping
The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery appointment. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.
Small Models – FedEx Shipping
Small models are shipped via FedEx or other available carriers.
Applicable models:
- CC100X
Shipping details:
- Processing time: 0–1 business days
- Transit time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping cost: A fixed shipping fee applies
The shipping fee for small models is fixed and will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available .Please feel free to contact us at support@zuhmoto.com.
Will the shipping fee be refunded if I return the item?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
